She gave birth to twins at home and the moments are shocking
Jennifer Mason specializes in pregnancy and birth photography .
With her lens, she has captured the most important moment of a woman becoming a mother, that of childbirth . Most of the photoshoots are usually done at home, where many women choose to give birth abroad.
Among the photos that stand out is that of the birth of twins.
Jennifer Mason remembers communicating with Liza who wanted to capture the birth of her babies.
“Liza contacted me asking to be present at the moment of the twins’ birth so I could photograph her. She told me the final date but the weeks went by – 37th, 38th, 39th – and after 40th, I started to wonder WHEN these babies would be born.”
Finally, shortly after the 40th week, he called me to say that the time had finally come.
When I arrived, the contractions had started and I was impressed by her strength, both physical and mental.
The youngest son of the family woke up and wanted to help his mom with her breathing, so he started talking to her and telling her funny things.
Liza got into the bathtub as she felt the time to give birth approaching. It was incredible to see her strength!
It wasn’t long before the first baby made its appearance.
The couple had already chosen names for the boys, but they didn’t know what name each baby would get. The midwife had already prepared bracelets with the children’s names so they could tell them apart…”
