We really didn’t want to have to post this… but it’s been weighing on us and feel like we have to speak on this. Lately, there’s been a rise in unnecessary negativity, small comments that dig, judge, or try to tear people down. And it hurts. Some people judging pregnant women’s looks? Because behind every post is a real person. Someone who might already be struggling. Someone who reads that one comment and carries it with them for the rest of the day — or longer. Sure if people post their life online or something you disagree with you can write your opinions, thoughts, and responses. But there’s a line between that and body shaming someone or being purely spiteful.

The truth is, it costs nothing to be kind. One kind message, one compliment, one bit of support — it can completely change someone’s mood, or even their mindset. The internet is full of enough pressure already. So please… if you take anything from this, let it be this: be the person who makes someone feel better. Not worse. Kindness is free, and right now, the world could use a lot more of it.
